The customer of AadanKosio sauna facilities undertakes to comply with the rules and conditions of sale when making a reservation on the website or by any other possible means.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

  • The sauna area in AadanKosio is not a fully accessible environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hotel AadanKosio and its adjoining sauna facilities are non-smoking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The prices shown on the website are subject to VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • AadanKosio sauna room prices may vary depending on the time of booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The customer is always responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • AadanKosio Sauna reserves the right to change prices and booking conditions. The customer should always check the current booking conditions before placing an order. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have carefully read the description and instructions and the applicable booking and cancellation conditions before making a booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The booking is binding once the order\/payment confirmation has been sent to the customer, who will pay for the booking according to the payment method chosen by the customer and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    When making a reservation, the personal details of the person making the reservation must be provided. If this information is not provided in the above manner, the service provider has the right not to confirm the reservation or to cancel the reservation already made. The reservation becomes binding when the customer has paid the sauna at the time of booking, provided the required personal data required by law and the booking confirmation has been sent according to the information provided by the customer. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICEPROVIDER<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided at the time of booking. AadanKosio shall not be liable in situations where the booking confirmation or other information relating to the booking could not be provided due to incorrect contact details provided by the customer or other errors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The person using the sauna facilities is fully liable for all damages and costs caused to the sauna facilities, the common areas or furnishings of the adjacent hotel, other guests or third parties or their property by the negligent or intentional conduct of the customer, the guest or any other person admitted by them to the hotel premises, or as a result of any breach of these booking conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of any damage, please contact the service department immediately on 050 302 9836 to avoid any unpleasant additional costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the identity of the person who caused the damage or costs cannot be identified or the damage or costs cannot be recovered from them, the damage and costs will be charged to the customer who made the reservation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    If the customer discovers an error or deficiency in the reservation he\/she has made or in the equipment or condition of the sauna facilities, he\/she must inform the hotel at aadankosio@gmail.com<\/strong> or at 050 302 9836 without delay, and in any case during the stay, so that the hotel has the opportunity to correct the error or deficiency during the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The sauna service provider or the hotel is not obliged to compensate for errors or defects that have not been reported to it in the above manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In all cases, the liability of the service provider is limited to the refund of the price paid, not to additional compensation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    FORCE MAJEURE – FORCE MAJEURE<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The sauna service provider is not liable for any damage, delay or non-performance of the contract caused by a circumstance or obstacle beyond its control, which the sauna service provider could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of or after booking the accommodation, and the consequences of which it could not reasonably have avoided or overcome (force majeure). Force majeure shall be deemed to include, without limitation, fire, water damage, war, state of emergency, natural disasters or any prohibition or order issued by a public authority which results in the total or partial closure of the hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of force majeure affecting the sauna facilities or their use, the service provider has the right to cancel the reservation made either before the start of the reservation period (if the force majeure occurs before this period) or during the reservation period (if the force majeure occurs during the stay). The Provider will inform the Customer of the cancellation due to force majeure without delay after being informed of it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In case of cancellation due to force majeure, the paid reservation fee will be refunded. In such cases, the Service Provider shall not be obliged to provide the Client with replacement accommodation or to reimburse any other costs, expenses or damages (such as additional costs incurred by the Client in providing replacement accommodation, travel expenses or damage to the property in the Client’s room) arising from the cancellation and\/or the event giving rise to the force majeure, except to the extent and only to the extent that such costs, expenses or damages may be covered by the Service Provider’s insurance policies at the time of the event. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
